The shopping service is based on a 5 or 8 hour program, including a car with a trained driver. A dedicated Account Manager that will help you find the items you want to buy.
You will be introduced to various suppliers and manufacturers – depending on your needs.
You can even email us prior to your visit and share any special design details you’d like to discover.

All purchases made that day from stock and paid directly to suppliers will be collected the next day by our cargo crew. For each item that needs to be ordered, we charge a service fee for order placement, production monitoring, progress reporting and most importantly, to carry out full quality control inspections to check color, size, finish and construction. We also send pictures of finished orders after passing QC to give you peace of mind.

At the end of the trip, the Account Manager prepares a detailed list of all the items under consideration. This list includes records of all supplier visits, details on colors, sizes, finishes and prices. This list is then given/delivered to you to make your final choice.
